- ·7-day free trial on your first plan: no access fee for the first 7 days. A card is required to start; cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing for access.
- ·It usually takes the first two or three runs to get a bot fully dialed in to your club's site and release timing. That is what the free week is for: you are not paying for access while we learn your club.
- ·The per-booking fee is charged only when botconfirmed confirms a tee time, including during the trial. Booking fees are added to your monthly bill.
- ·Green fees, cart fees, and club dues are paid directly to your club, not through botconfirmed.
- ·If a tee time we booked is later cancelled or moved at your club, the booking fee stays. We credit a fee only when the mistake is ours.
- ·Cancel, change plans, update your card, and download invoices anytime from Account → Billing. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current month; access fees aren't refunded for a month already started.

botconfirmed confirms your tee time with verified proof: confirmation screenshot, timing metrics, and run history marked Booked.
Monthly access covers the rest
Your plan includes bots, schedules, release-day automation, and run history. The per-booking fee is added only when a tee time is verified as confirmed.
Example: Member plan at $5 per booking + $15/mo access: three confirmed tee times in a month = $15 + $15 = $30 total.
